MOSCOW, 16 Oct — RIA Novosti. The CEC head Ella Pamfilova said that thinking about the reorganization of the electoral system for presidential elections, she steadily worked, but the implementation of changes will depend on the legislator.
“I think that colleagues will offer suggestions about the need to simplify the documents, according to observers and journalists. It is very important now, thinking about the presidential campaign, to build a strategy. We will state some ideas, but implementation is a matter of the legislator”, — Pamfilova said in an interview with the newspaper “Vedomosti”.
“I think about how to spend a reorganization to create a system that, no matter how the situation have worked,” she added. “I don’t even know who will go on elections”, — said the CEC head.
