In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk near the nightclub Duke has been beaten to death by a local resident Gennady Rudakov. His brother Dmitry Belsky said Sakh.com that participated in the beating of five soldiers.
According to him, the instigator of the conflict that occurred on the night of October 15, is Daniel Zuev — the soldier-the contract employee of the local military unit, the squad leader, infantry company. “Brother was sober. He with the company were sitting at a table when he was approached by a drunk Zuev. He’s 22 or 23 years”, — said the brother of the deceased.
Belsky noted that Zuev without any reason offered Rudakova, who was not acquainted with him, “to go outside to talk”. He agreed. On the porch to signal joined four of his colleagues. The six of them, they departed from the territory of the night club where, according to eyewitnesses, the soldiers started to beat Rudakov. Knocking the man to the ground, the company began to kick him on the head.
“Brother shouted: what are you doing, kill! Screamed long and loud. But no one came to help, no one called the police,” said Belsky.
The girl and the friends lost consciousness Rudakova took him to the hospital by car, but he died of a brain hemorrhage.
Brother of the deceased said that Zuyev was allegedly dismissed from military service retroactively, however, the day before the beating he was seen in the arrangement of parts on the build. In addition, in the early morning of 16 October, he came back with a lawyer, after which he was detained four participants in the attack. “Friends in the unit said that immediately after the visit of operatives Zueva hid in a military town where outsiders are not allowed, entrance only with a pass. He said some influential stepfather, like any official,” added Belsky.
After the death Rudakova Sakhalin Department of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case about the deliberate infliction of serious harm to health, entailed on imprudence death of the victim.
The press service of the Eastern military district, however, denied the information about the involvement of servicemen of the military unit stationed in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to death Rudakova. “Rumors of the fight soldiers of the military unit 35390 untrue,” — said the military.
