Moscow. 16 Oct. INTERFAX.RU — Two people were injured when a gas explosion and fire in a residential building of the village Garden in the Slavic region of Krasnodar territory, has informed “Interfax” in operational services of the region.
“At the moment we know of two victims,” — said the source. One of the wounded was hospitalized with burns.
The fire broke out on Sunday around 20:00 Moscow time in a building on the first floor of a brick two-storey houses in the village Garden on the street Summer.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was a domestic gas explosion. The fire area made about 80 square meters.
Rescuers evacuated residents of the house. In the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Krasnodar region organized the operational headquarters.
