The system of registration and accounting of vehicles in Russia in the near future will be fully digital. This is stated in the official report of the “Assistance” received by the editors”.ru”.
The transition to electronic passport vehicle (TCP) will be completed before July 1, 2018. Then the paper documents already will not be issued. However, the old title, already available to the citizens, legal force will not lose to pass them is not required.
