Kiriyenko has announced the launch of the all-Russian competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”

First Deputy head of presidential administration of Russia Sergei Kiriyenko announced the launch of the all-Russian competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”, which, according to him, aims to become “an open window in the managerial elite of tomorrow”. The purpose of the project, which will be implemented on an ongoing basis — identifying, developing and supporting the most promising leaders-leaders from across the country, with a high level of development of managerial competences.
“Today starts a website on the Internet, which any Russian citizen can apply for participation in the contest “Leaders of Russia”, — said Kiriyenko on Wednesday at the presentation of the project.

“The main task lies in the fact that the state supported and promoted people not by who is who relative and what opportunities lobbying [is the person], and not on the amount of money available for these people, but solely in their professional and personal qualities, ambition and potential,” Kiriyenko continued.
