Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in a state television thanked his U.S. counterpart Donald trump because he always mentions his name, RIA Novosti reported.
“Trump has made me known worldwide. It’s an honor that the head of the Empire does not and day, not to mention me, it means I’m doing something good,” — said Maduro.
According to the President, trump “took over the duties of the head of the Venezuelan opposition”. While Maduro has said that the agreement to start negotiations between the authorities and the opposition reached 95 percent, and the coming week should start the dialogue.
25 Sep trump announced the expansion of national security measures, banning the entry of citizens of several States. The restrictions will affect residents of Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Somalia and Yemen. The Venezuelan foreign Ministry responded by accusing the White house of “political terrorism”.
