Some envoys and non-governmental organizations are collecting biological material from different Russian ethnic groups, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. His words to the correspondent “Tapes.ru” on Tuesday, October 31.
“The information of special services of the Russian Federation. (…) Such cases were recorded, and special services, of course, the President this information is available”, — said the representative of the Kremlin.
On the eve of the meeting of the Council for development of civil society and human rights, President Vladimir Putin said that across the country “focused and professional” harvested biomaterial Russian citizens.
In turn, doctor of biological Sciences, bioinformatic Michael Gelfand noted that “collecting data is not all ethnic groups of the country, and only Russian.” He also ruled out the possibility of creation on the basis of this biomaterial genetic weapons.
In July RT with a link to the website of public procurement, the United States announced that one of the institutions of the American air force has floated a tender for the purchase of live tissue of the Russians of the Caucasian race. It was noted that the Department need samples RNA molecules that are involved in the implementation of human genetic information, and synovial fluid that provides joint mobility. The document stressed that the customer will not consider tissue samples from the Ukraine.
