The EU is considering the abolition of daylight saving time, reported by the media
MOSCOW, October 28 — RIA Novosti. The European Commission is studying the feasibility of the abolition of daylight saving time, the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, with reference to the representative of the European Commission.
“The European Commission already verifies that there is demand for the abolition of summer time. Currently under review in the light of all available information” — the newspaper writes with reference to the representative of the EC.
It is noted that the official information on the subject under discussion will appear as soon as it becomes known the results of the evaluation by the EC.
