UN experts have called Assad responsible for the chemical attack in Khan Sheyhun
MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. UN experts blamed the chemical attack in Khan Sheyhun 4 April 2017 on the Syrian authorities headed by President Bashar al-Assad.
This was announced on Thursday Agency France-Presse, with reference to the report of Joint investigation mechanism of the UN-OPCW.
