The DPRK nuclear issue would be easier to solve if the United States relations with Russia were better, he said in an interview with Fox Business Network American President Donald trump.
In his view, China helps US in resolving the North Korean problem, while Russia “goes the other way”, to the detriment of Washington’s policy in this direction.
“I think we could have good relations” with Russia”, — quotes its words Reuters. “I think that the situation in North Korea will be easier dealt with,” he added.
Previously, trump said that China helps Washington to exert economic pressure on the DPRK. “China is really helping us,” said he.
He noted that the Chinese close down its banking system to North Korea, and also restricted the supply of oil to this country.
Relations between Washington and Pyongyang worsened in the aftermath of North Korea testing nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles. In September, trump has promised to deal with the North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN, whom he contemptuously called “little missile”.
In response North Korea has threatened to strike at an unexpected moment “unimaginable impact” on the American territory.
