XIX Congress of the Communist party of China (CPC) included in its amended Charter provisions to the ideas of Chinese President XI Jinping on the “new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics”. About it reports The Financial Express.

It is noted that the introduction of the name of comrade XI and his concept of further development of the country to the party’s Constitution puts the current Chinese leader on a par with Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. In addition, he became the second after Mao Zedong, whose name made to the Charter of the Communist party during his lifetime, notes RIA Novosti.

It is reported that this Chinese leader lasted for 3.5 hours, becoming the longest in the history of the country. In particular, he presented a report entitled “to Achieve a decisive victory in building a society of moderate means, to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era”.

The resolution notes that the ideas of comrade XI became the guide to action for the party and the people in the implementation of the “great revival of the Chinese nation”.

On Tuesday, October 24, in China ended the 19th Congress of the CPC. The delegates approved the resolution to report on the work of the Central Committee of the Communist party of the 18th convocation, and elected the new composition of the Politburo and the new composition of the Politburo standing Committee.
