Russian banks stopped trusting customers

Rosfinmonitoring has acknowledged the existence of the lock by banks 460 thousand customer transactions on 180 billion rubles since the beginning of the year. On Tuesday, October 24, reports “Kommersant”.

According to the edition, such decision was accepted because of doubts of the law-abiding contractors. To challenge them is not easy because of the lack of a clear mechanism, the newspaper said.

Of this number only about a thousand transactions were appealed. According to the experts, in fact, complaints of businessmen much more, but their main stream goes to the Central Bank.

With the advent of appropriate blacklist objectors (it’s formed by the Bank of Russia and Rosfinmonitoring) even single failures effectively deprive the client of access to banking services in the future and spawn new lock.

The Central Bank said that credit institutions explain that the presence of the fault information specific to the client — the reason is not to deny, and to further examine it. In this regard, bankers are reluctant to specify in the reason for the lock black list.

October 26, representatives of financial regulators and banks are going to meet to discuss the issues of rehabilitation fall under the restrictions of clients, including enterprises of small and average business.
