The police of the British town of Nuneaton defused an armed man who took hostages in a shopping centre. This was reported on the website of the police of the County of Warwickshire.
“This afternoon at 14:30 (16:30 GMT) Warwickshire police received information about an armed man in Nuneaton. The staff of armed police and negotiators, as well as employees of fire services and ambulance arrived at the bowling club Bermuda Park. The man was arrested, he is at the police station,” said police.
