In Muromtsevsky district of Omsk region, the court found 33-year-old former Director of the state institution “Artinskiy orphanage” in the acquisition of the property companies with the use of official position (part 3 of article 160 of the criminal code). This is stated on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
“The blame of a crime he did not recognize, but the damage was compensated in full”, — noted in the text.
The defendant received six years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of one year and disqualification for the same period to occupy leadership positions in state institutions.
Material damage from his actions amounted to 13 thousand 172 of the ruble.
According to the materials of the case, in the fall of 2016, the defendant had himself repaired to the verandah and made a canopy for the car, using stolen from the warehouse of the orphanage building materials — 31 galvanized profile sheet. When the theft was discovered, he was removed from office.
