Russian President Vladimir Putin hopes that the US will return to negotiations on the question of destroying weapons-grade plutonium. “I hope they [the US] will return to the negotiations [on the issue of the destruction of weapons-grade plutonium],” said he on the meeting of the international discussion club “Valdai”.
