Named a way to preserve your health to old age
MOSCOW, 19 Jul — RIA Novosti. A group of scientists from the UK called an effective way to age in a healthy physical shape. The study is published in The Journals of Gerontology: Series A, summary is available on the portal EurekAlert!.
Participants in the study were almost a thousand British people born in March 1946. Scientists tracked their eating habits throughout adulthood and into old age — the state of their physical health. All their lives they been suspiciously modern, diet and survived until our days, managed to maintain relatively good health.
The study’s lead author sian Robinson noted that the positive effects on physical performance later in life is having a proper diet. We are talking about unprocessed foods, large intake of vegetables and fruits and also whole grains.
