Poroshenko refused to meet with the protesters in front of Parliament deputies

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko refused to meet with deputies participating in the protests at the Parliament building. About this in his Facebook said the MP Mustafa Nayem.

According to him, Poroshenko agree on the communication, provided to the delegates ‘ group is not a multiple of deputies. The President’s position did not suit politicians.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have increased security of the residence Poroshenko. Verkhovna Rada Deputy from the faction “Self-help” Victoria Voitsitska published photos, which show the employees of national police, people in uniform and trucks. The guards explained to her increase in exercise.

On the morning of October 18, the protesters installed the Ukrainian Parliament building the first barricade. Campground was there the day before.

The protesters demanded to cancel parliamentary immunity, to create the country’s anti-corruption court and to change the electoral law. Among the demonstrators — members headed by Mikhail Saakashvili of the “movement of new forces”, the activists of “Batkivschyna”, “Samopomich”, the nationalist party “Freedom” and “national building” and other organizations.
