Suburban workers of housing and communal services will check on professional suitability. On Monday, October 16, “the Tape.ru” have told in the regional government.
“First and foremost we intend to conduct personnel certification of management companies for the management of multi-family housing stock, as well as implementing organizations of the program of capital repair of common property in apartment buildings, these two categories the largest number of citizens, including public complaints,” said Minister of housing of the Moscow region Evgeny hromushin.
He stressed that the implementation of professional standards in the sphere of housing and communal services will allow to attract high-level specialists and to withdraw “from the shadows” of illegal workers. In his opinion, it will increase the quality of services in this area.
Hromushin also said that in Moscow operates specialized uchebno-Kursovoy Kombinat “UKK housing and communal services”, MDM is implemented on the basis of several dozen of educational programs. “I’m all for standards of competency and certification has spread to the largest possible number of specialties in the field of housing, for example, not certified — may not even have gardens to water,” said he.
Eugene hromushin joined the Council for professional qualifications in housing and communal services. The decision was unanimously taken at a meeting of the Council for professional qualifications in housing and utilities sector (SEC housing) in the state Duma.
October 6 in the Moscow region passed doctrines on liquidation of accidents on objects of housing and communal services. The event was attended by representatives of over 20 municipalities, including the management of resource-supplying organizations and operating utilities.
