Artist-actionist Peter Pavlensky was detained in Paris for burning down the fence at the building of the Bank of France.

It said Twitter removed the action photographer Capucin Henri. She called the action “a world fire of revolution.” Arrested the artist on Monday at 4.10 a.m. Paris time.
