The court sent the press Secretary of Roskomnadzor Ampelonskiy under house arrest
In respect of the Anemoscope and two other officials of the Department investigated the criminal case of fraud.
Moscow. 12 Oct. INTERFAX.RU — Chertanovskaya court of Moscow sanctioned absentia arrest of the press-Secretary of Roscomnadzor Vadim Ampelonskiy and head of legal Department of the Ministry of Boris Edidin, which is accused of swindle in especially large size, have informed “Interfax” a press-the court Secretary Stanislav Yezhov.
“The court refused satisfaction of the declared petitions on remand in custody in respect of Anemoscope and Edidin, however, issued a ruling on the election in respect of these persons a preventive measure in the form of house arrest until November 7,” said Yezhov.
According to him, the court also granted the petition for election measures of restraint in form of house arrest for the same term in relation to Alexander Vasilchikov — adviser to General Director FGUP grchts.
Ampelonskiy appealed to him elected a measure of restraint.
“Currently, the Anemoscope lawyer filed an appeal on the decision on election concerning it a preventive measure in the form of house arrest. Date of consideration of the complaint will be announced later,” — said Yezhov. According to him, the date of the complaint will be announced later.
