At the Ministerial meeting in Moscow to discuss joint efforts to solve problems of youth
According to the results of the international meeting will be developed “algorithms of joint actions on solution of global problems”, said the Federal Agency for youth Affairs.
MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Heads of departments on Affairs of youth from 70 countries to discuss the coordination of efforts in addressing youth issues at the meeting which opens in Moscow on the eve of the world festival of youth and students (WFMS).
“The key objective of the meeting is to coordinate joint actions for youth agencies to overcome the current challenges facing young people”, — told TASS the head of the Rosmolodezh Alexander Bugaev.
Among the key problems, he said, includes ensuring equal access of young people to jobs, improving the quality of education, international security and the fight against climate change.
In Rosmolodezh noted that the results of the international meeting will be developed “algorithms of joint actions on solution of global problems”. In addition, the expected creation of a Virtual Secretariat of Ministers on youth policy in Facebook.
The program
During the meeting it is planned to conduct three panel discussions. The panellists on the theme “Education and science” will focus on the issues of human development in the modern world and professional orientation of young people. Also as part of this session will raise the issue of eradication of poverty by increasing the quality of education and access of young people to jobs.
Another discussion will be held on the theme “Ecology and medicine”. It will be devoted to ensuring environmental sustainability in the modern world, the fight against climate change, the health of Nations and role of youth in addressing these issues.
