Police Obninsk (Kaluga oblast) began verification of information that Gypsies sold to the local coin under the guise of bitcoins. On Wednesday, October 4, reports “Interfax” with reference to regional management of the Ministry of interior.
The Agency explained that the allegations of fraud in the office did not receive a check upon trade, “so-called bitcoin with signs of forgery” began after the publication of the wife of the victim in the social network.
The incident became known earlier, on 4 October. In the social network “Vkontakte” it was reported that the man acquired the “intelligent view of the Gypsies” a few coins under the guise of bitcoins. “My husband bought two pieces for one thousand rubles, came home — was fake, and sell them impossible,” wrote a woman in public “Typical Obninsk”.
At the same time, according to her, the seller is assured the victim that bitcoins are increasingly expensive and in November, they can earn several thousand rubles.
