The Turkish authorities have issued warrants for the arrest of 133 officials working in ministries of Finance and labour. About it reports Reuters.

These procedural actions are carried out in the framework of ongoing investigations into the attempted coup in July last year.

Of persons subject to detention, 101 works in the Ministry of Finance and a 32 — in the Ministry of labour and social protection. All the suspects of involvement in the coup used the ByLock messenger, which encrypts messages.

In July it was reported that the Turkish Parliament for the fourth time has extended for 90 days the state of emergency in the country imposed after a coup attempt.
