State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov called upon to shoot drug addicts. Destroy all drug addicts, the MP proposed to show the pranker Vova and Lexus on the YouTube channel real talk.
“I want to go out with a shotgun and leave these addicts to lie there. Because they are bastards, not people, scum. A drug addict is worse than an animal, he mother will eat for the dose. The whole country ought to be tested for drugs: from 8 to 99 years! Die faster! It is necessary to clear the country of evil: drug and blue!” — said Milonov and added that he never used drugs, “because it’s pussy, the devil.”
The Deputy explained that he allows himself such expressions, because he is “the artist and master of the grotesque.”
In the same issue, part of which was previously published in Instagram the hip-hop by Ptah, the MP expressed readiness to shoot the rappers, because he was convinced that only mass executions can save the Russian culture, and proposed to start with Oxymoron. In comments bird said that in his case such statements have led to convictions under article 282 of the Russian criminal code (“inciting hatred or enmity”), and suggested that Milonova not face prosecution due to parliamentary immunity.
In September Milonov has proposed to subject the execution of Oxymoron and Purulent after the Deputy of legislative Assembly of St.-Petersburg Andrey Anokhin has sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika asking to check the rap battle artists for signs of extremism and insults the feelings of believers.
