MINSK, 4 October. /TASS/. A bill on the so-called reintegration of Donbas contrary to Minsk agreements. This view was expressed by the Ambassador of Russia in the contact group on settlement in the East of Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
“Introduced today in Parliament a bill to restore sovereignty over the Donbas completely contradicts the Minsk agreements, more remote from the Ukrainian Donbass and blocks the Minsk process, he said. – Ukraine has not made a decision on granting special status to certain districts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions on a permanent basis. The special status of Donbass – an essential condition for a political settlement in Ukraine”.
