Four people died in a fire at the refinery of LUKOIL
The company assured that the fire does not threaten primary production in Kstovo district of Nizhny Novgorod region. The cause of the fire, according to preliminary data, was violation of safety rules.
The victims of the fire at the refinery in Kstovo district of the Nizhny Novgorod region began at least four people, reports “RIA Novosti” with reference to the press service of the district administration.
“At the moment, confirmed the death of four people”, — said the Agency interlocutor, noting that the data on victims are specified.
Earlier it was reported that after the fire is gone five.
According to the main Department of EMERCOM in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a fire started in the preparatory repair work on one of the basins in the territory of “Lukoilnizhegorodnefteorgsintez”. To extinguish the fire were involved 17 pieces of equipment and over 50 firefighters.
