ROSTOV-ON-DON, October 3. /TASS/. Severo-the Caucasian district military court recognised Arthur Bekbolatova complicit in the murder of the Dagestani police, Magomed Nurbagandov and sentenced him to 24 years in prison, reports correspondent TASS from the courtroom.
“To appoint punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 24 years with the best in the colony,” said the judge, while reading out the verdict.
Bekbolatov was found guilty on all charges. The verdict of the court he also appointed a restriction of liberty for a term of two years. In the debate, the Prosecutor asked the court to life imprisonment for the defendant.
