Putin appointed Deputy speaker of the state Duma Vasiliev, acting head of Dagestan

MOSCOW, 3 Oct. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin accepted the resignation of head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov, the acting head of the region before the election was appointed Vice-speaker of the state Duma, the Chairman of the faction “United Russia” Vladimir Vasilyev. This was reported by the press service of the Kremlin.

“To accept the resignation of the head of the Republic of Dagestan Abdulatipov R. G. on their own. Assign Vasiliev Vladimir Abdualievich acting head of the Republic of Dagestan, to the taking office of a person elected the head of the Republic of Dagestan. This decree shall enter into force from the day of its signing”, – stated in the decree, the text of which quotes the press service.

Putin’s meeting with Vasilyev

“This is a very beautiful Republic and her beauty not only in nature, but primarily the people who live there”, – said the head of state at the meeting with Vasilyev in the Kremlin.
