In the text of the note, which was dated April 2013, white allegedly accuses Kerry that the actor “ruined her life” and “introduced” her to drugs, prostitution, mental disorders, and sexually transmitted diseases.

It is noted that the note was published by lawyer Michael Avenatti, representing the interests of the mother white and her ex-husband, whom she married in 2013.
At the same time, as stated by journalists of the New York Daily News, no evidence that the authorship of the note actually belongs to the girl, Avenatti not provided.
White committed suicide in September 2015 at the age of 28 after breaking up with Kerry. The actor was accused that he gave ex-girlfriend sexual infections and supplied her with drugs to get a girl to shut up.
Kerry called false accusations of involvement in the girl’s death and asked the judge to consider in the process the fact that he infected white herpes and gonorrhoea, as it happened two years before the suicide of his girlfriend.
