The owner of the store in the Polish town of Barlinek posted the announcement, warning that all citizens of Ukraine, who decided to make the purchase is subject to inspection. This was reported to the Center for monitoring racist and xenophobic behavior in Facebook.
“Attention! Every citizen of Ukraine, having the cashier is being tested,” — says written in Polish and Ukrainian plate. If this is the first two letters of the penultimate Ukrainian word, “p…”, the erroneously printed letter m is used in the Polish language with Latin alphabet.
“This is a scandalous example of discrimination on grounds of nationality”, — stressed in the center, and promised to make every effort to ensure that involved in the posting of the ads have been brought to justice.
As writes the edition Fakt24, antixenophobic center announced angry customers and Internet users. The center in turn, immediately reported the incident to the Prosecutor’s office of the Commissioner for human rights and the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.
The shop owner Jerzy Ers explained that the inscription was made on impulse after the theft, perfect Ukrainian. Unlucky thief tried to take out two packages of food.

During the day, the announcement was removed. The customer acknowledged that the wording was “very unfortunate”. He stressed that “the Ukrainians are a problem” in his shop and Barlinek.
