Lawyer: investigators charged with fraud to the General Director of “VIM-Avia”
MOSCOW, September 29. /TASS/. The General Director of airline “VIM-Avia” Alexander Kochnev and the chief accountant Ekaterina Panteleeva on Friday for questioning in the Investigative Committee charged with fraud in especially large size. About this TASS said a senior partner in the Collegium of advocates “Yukov and partners”, lawyer Kochneva Mikhail Voronin.
“The interrogation is underway, the indictment charged both defendants in the case — Kochnev and Panteleeva,” said the lawyer.
The investigation must determine the petition in court about election of top managers of “VIM-Avia” measure.
As informed TASS said a source in law enforcement bodies, the owners of the airline “VIM-Avia” Rashid and Svetlana Mursekaev will be wanted in a criminal case of fraud. Rashid Mursekaev Thursday was supposed to be on interrogation to the investigator, the day before he was sent to the relevant agenda.
After massive delays and cancellations of flights of airline “VIM-Avia” a criminal case was initiated under part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code (“Fraud”). On Wednesday the official representative SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko said that on behalf of the head of Department Alexander Bastrykin, the case was submitted to the Central office of the UK.
According to the investigation, from September 22, officials of the airline, knowing that the funds for the purchase of fuel is not enough, in particular at Domodedovo airport, not having contracts with other suppliers and, thus, not being able to carry passengers, continued to sell tickets for flights, to gain for them in excess of 1 million rubles.Help
