About one third working in large companies of Russians (28 per cent) regularly take sedatives to relieve stress after work, and 15 percent do it all the time. This is the conclusion reached by researchers of the company “Alfa insurance”, reports on Friday, September 29, the Agency urban news “Moscow”.
Other ways of dealing with stress began taking sleeping pills (eight percent), and annual medication to increase the concentration (nine percent). Psychotherapy is the least popular option: only three percent of respondents were diagnosed and only 0.7% visit specialists regularly.
The researchers noted that the medication is resorted to after not help other, more popular soothing techniques: sports, Hobbies, relaxing Spa treatments and moderate drinking.
