The legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region adopted in the first reading the bill extends the requirement on the observance of silence at night for owners of dogs and cats, reports “Interfax” on Thursday, September 28.
“Grunt, crow and cackle,” said the document submitted by the Deputy Evgeniy smyshlaev.
The bill was supported by 54 deputies, 3 voted against.
Bark and meow in the region will be impossible 22:00 to 07:00 on weekdays and from 22:00 to 09:00 on weekends and holidays and also during lunch time from 13:00 to 14:00, by analogy with the construction and installation works.
Violators of the ban (pet owners) will be fined three thousand rubles.
