Eight million square meters of residential property will be put into operation in the Moscow region till the end of the year, said the head of the investment activities of the Ministry of construction complex of Moscow region Victor Vasiliev. His words leads RIAMA Thursday, September 28.
“In the previous year has introduced about nine million square metres of residential property, it’s like apartment buildings and individual housing construction”, — said Vasilyev.
According to him, reduction entered the real estate due to the decrease in the segment of individual housing construction. He said that residential construction will be put into operation about six million square meters, which is equal to the previous year.
On 7 September it was reported that about 200 suburban residents related to the category of beneficiaries were able to buy housing on the allocated budget subsidy since the beginning of the year.
In the spring of last year, the Ministry of construction complex of Moscow region made a list of holdings, which performed its obligations to the participants of shared construction in the stipulated time frame.
