MOSCOW, September 27. /TASS/. FSB of Russia has confirmed the discovery in Ingushetia remains the leader of the terrorists in the North Caucasus Doku Umarov. This was reported in the Center of public relations (TSOs) FSB.

Umarov headed the terrorist organization “Caucasus Emirate” and acted in close contact with emissaries “al-Qaeda” and “Islamic state” (an organization banned in Russia as a terrorist).
In TSOs FSB reminded that Umarov “neutralized together with in 2006, Shamil Basayev was the direct organizer of the attack on Dagestan in 1999 and a series of subversive and terrorist actions on the territory of the Russian Federation, committed by members of armed groups on the transport infrastructure and in crowded public areas in the period from 2003 to 2013, which resulted in a significant number of human victims”.
