Putin awarded Nizhny Novgorod Governor with the order “For merits before Fatherland”

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about rewarding the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev with the order “For merits before Fatherland” II degree. This is the official portal of legal information Tuesday, September 26.
