INTERFAX.RU — President Vladimir Putin in connection with the situation with the airline “VIM-Avia” declared incomplete official correspondence to the Minister of transport Maxim Sokolov and rebuked Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich is that it pays insufficient attention to the transport industry.
“We are now with the Prime Minister discussing this, I draw the attention of the supervising transportation Deputy Prime Minister: you don’t get enough attention in the industry. Maybe You overloaded too? We already talked about this. And I want the Minister to say: I declare You about incomplete official compliance. If you can handle this situation quickly and effectively, then we will think about Medvedev and what to do with this service incompetence, if not do it, too, will think about it”, — Putin said at a meeting with members of the government.
Putin demanded “to quickly and effectively close the problem with “VIM-Avia”.
“Not only for this problem, and to submit proposals on the settlement of the overall situation, to strengthen legal regulation of the sphere of activity, increase of responsibility of carriers”, — said Putin.
