MOSCOW, September 26. /TASS/. From the landfill “Kapustin Yar” in Astrakhan region conducted a test launch of an Intercontinental ballistic missile RS-12M “Topol” with future combat lighting. Information on the launch of “Topol” will be used to create effective means to overcome missile defense, said Tuesday the press service of the defense Ministry.
