SK clarified the circumstances of the death of tourists on the Dyatlov pass

The body of the deceased on the Dyatlov pass tourists have not found traces of violent death. This is stated on the website management SK of Russia on Sverdlovsk area on Monday, September 25.

“Circumstances indicating the criminal nature of his death were not revealed. To determine the exact cause of death forensic examination”, — stated in the text.

Information about the sudden death of the inhabitant of Kemerovo in 1959, participated in a group hike in the Northern Urals in the area of Dyatlov pass, came to the police of the city of Ivdel September 18. Rescuers and investigators arrived to the place where the man died, on September 22. This required the use of special equipment.

The tourist group was composed of seven people. It is established that they went the route without notifying the rescue service. According to the participants, the deceased man before his death suddenly became ill. When he died, tourists contacted Edinaya dezhurno-dispatching service and returned to Ivdel’.

Earlier, in January 2016, tourists discovered the body of an unknown in the area of the Dyatlov pass without signs of violent death. It was later determined that the victim was 47-year-old man from Chelyabinsk region, who lived as a hermit near the pass in the summer of 2014. The cause of his death was hypothermia.

The pass is named in memory of a tour group led by Igor Dyatlov, who died in the winter of 1959 in the Northern Urals. The cause of the tragedy could not be established. According to investigators, the deaths of nine Soviet ski tourists was caused by “natural power, to overcome that people were not able to”. Were put forward different versions of the tragedy, in particular the testing of radioactive weapons, and contact with alien beings.
