Vilfand urged not to wait for the weather compensation for a cold summer
The head of hydrometeorological centre Roman Vilfand has told to “the Russian newspaper” which first regions wait for the winter. So, residents of the Central strip should not be warmed until the end of September, there will remain dry comfortable weather. Heat will leave gradually, by degrees. In the middle of the week will be pretty cool, and next weekend it is expected another wave of heat.

Residents of the capital call this weather compensation for a cool summer. “In nature there is no law of compensation,” laughs Roman Mendelevich, and calls to seek justice from the nature.

October in Moscow is projected in the normal range. The night temperature will be from 2 to 7 degrees Celsius during the day 10-15 above zero. Night frosts are possible, the temperature can drop to -3 degrees.
According to the forecast, winter will come in the capital on November 10-11, said the head of the laboratory of the hydrometeorological center of the Russian Federation Lyudmila Parshina. The beginning of winter, forecasters believe the date of transition of daily average temperature through zero degrees.
