And the way it will look on the results of their decisions.” With the principles of the Declaration on the reform of the common American side, according to Lavrov, “it’s hard to argue.”

“And the Declaration signed by the States in large numbers, but it has not become a UN document,” — said the Russian Minister. Her signing, as said Lavrov, “was held in the UN building, but it has no relation to the structures created by the Charter” of this organization.
