Temporarily fulfilling duties of the Governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the accident involving a van and a passenger car near Kaliningrad and instructed to assist the victims. “The Ministry of health of the Kaliningrad region have been instructed to provide all necessary assistance to the victims in the accident. Relevant agencies to look into this situation to prevent such incidents. Also, I instructed the acting head of the government office of the region Alexey Homeland to provide a comprehensive, including, if necessary, financial support to families of those killed and injured in a car accident”, — is spoken in the message.
Accident involving a van and an SUV on the highway Kaliningrad-Chernyakhovsk happened on Friday evening. The accident killed seven people.
