A resident of the city of Blagoveshchensk in the Amur region after serving a sentence for exceeding the limits of necessary defense are reunited with your child after two years of forced separation, reported RAPSI in a press-service of the Ombudsman under the RF President on the rights of the child of Anna Kuznetsova.

As described in the office of the Ombudsman, in January 2015 the pregnant woman, protected from the beating drunken husband, struck the man a blow with a knife, causing it died. The court regarded its action as exceeding the bounds of necessary defence and was sentenced to 2 years 4 months of imprisonment for committing a crime under part 1 of article 108 of the criminal code. During the investigation in July 2015, the woman was born a boy, which her consent was placed in the orphanage. “But even as have already been convicted, she was always interested in his son, liaised with care and kindergarten. However, in August of 2016 for the resolution of administration of Blagoveshchensk the boy was placed under the temporary custody to the resident of Saratov and moved to the Saratov region”, — told in the office of Kuznetsova. In may 2017 the woman was paroled, after which she immediately addressed with the statement for cancellation of guardianship and the return of her child. In August, the court confirmed the right of his mother the education of her son.
