Crimean Deputy Prime Minister Shirin Muradov not allowed to speak at the OSCE meeting

Passport he was returned as a result and missed on the territory of Poland only when it became clear that he did not have time to act on the platform of the OSCE. Instead, the speech, which dealt with compliance in some countries the rights of Russian speakers, was read by his assistant.

For the two-week meeting in the Polish capital attracts hundreds of representatives of States-participants of OSCE, experts of international Affairs, NGO activists and human rights defenders.
