Security forces found the source of the “telephone attack” on Russia in Brussels

That for the mass calls about bombs in the regions and Moscow can stand the international hacker group, told RBC a source in the interior Ministry and confirmed the source, who was present at a private interdepartmental meeting on the subject of telephone terrorism. In the meeting, as said the interlocutor of RBC, were employees of the interior Ministry and the FSB; the latter investigate a criminal case under article 207 of the Criminal code (CC), Russia (Telephone terrorism), which was initiated on the fact of mass calls about mining of administrative and commercial objects in Russia.
Security forces are investigating the possibility that the unknown members of the international hacker group wrote a special program that allows to generate a flow of phone calls for the selected “Kustov way” addresses infrastructure, for calls used VoIP, said a source in the interior Ministry and the participant closed the meeting.
According to participants of the meeting, security officials found that reports of mining schools in Moscow within 15 minutes, was accompanied by 18 calls on the panel “emergency”. “These calls were identified as calls made from Brussels,” — said a source from the interior Ministry. Earlier, a source RBC, close to FSB, said that the security forces are investigating the possibility that the source of the mass of calls through IP-telephony is in Ukraine.
Now, an interdepartmental working group, which develops software that is able to withstand hacker attacks. “The purpose of these attacks is subsequent to the direct enrichment of the hacker group, whose members will require for the termination of attacks of large sums of money,” said the source, who was present at a closed meeting.
