The employee of special services Alexey Kalugin became the 11th witness in the case of the former Minister. He told about circumstances of detention of the speaker 14 November 2016.
“This day I received the task to go to the office of “Rosneft” Sofiyskaya embankment 26/1 [address, which is located in Moscow, the headquarters of Rosneft]. When I arrived, was the day”, — said Kalugin.
Operatives stopped in the courtyard of the building, waiting for the car with the Minister. Along with them were the witnesses, the attendance of which was provided by one of employees of FSB.
“We had reason to believe that there are money laundering. We were the primary information obtained in the course of operational-investigative activities”, — said Kalugin. However, he declined to answer the lawyer’s question about who gave the order to stop the car of the Minister.
At 17:30 the operatives in the yard of “Rosneft” to stop the BMW. It left the driver and he the speaker. The FSB had Ulyukayev, then inspected the car.
In the trunk of the car speaker was discovered the bag of brown and a basket. The FSB asked the Minister who owns the bag, but he said he doesn’t know who put her in the trunk. In the trunk, according to Kalugin, was also a wicker basket with three bottles of wine.
Ulyukayev and his driver offered to handle hands spacestorm. After that, the ultraviolet radiation, according to Kalugin, began to show traces of colorant.

As explained by the employee of FSB, the money transferred Ulyukayev, in the preparation of the investigative action were received from the employees of “Rosneft”. Kalugin said that the composition was done in October, when the investigative action was under preparation.
