UN, September 18. /Spec. Q. Maria Khrenova TASS/. Moscow supports the UN reform through negotiations and, most likely, will not support the proposed United States Declaration on the conversion of the world organization. This was stated on Sunday in an interview with TASS Russia’s permanent representative at the United Nations Vasily sebenza.

“I think that, most likely, no,” said he, answering the question whether Russia is among the countries that signed the document. Nebesa said that the UN reform should be realized through dialogue among all member countries of the organization. “The reform itself is carried out not by Declaration, but by an intergovernmental negotiating process in all member countries,” – said the diplomat.
