The President of France Emmanuel macron noted the progress in bilateral relations between Paris and Moscow, said at the Elysee Palace at the end of the conversation, the French leader with Russian President Vladimir Putin. “He noted with satisfaction the progress made in bilateral relations since the visit of the UN”. He said no alternative to the political process for the long-term stability in the SAR.
“On North Korea two heads of state stressed the seriousness of the situation, given the repeated provocations by Pyongyang threatening peace and security on the international level”, — said in Paris.
On the Ukrainian question noted that macron stated the importance of Russia’s role in resolving this crisis.
Earlier Friday, Putin met with Macron telephone calls, during which the participants denounced the missile launch in North Korea, and the Russian leader was asked to support the initiative of Moscow on the UN mission in the Donbass.
