MOSCOW, September 12. /TASS/. People’s artist of the USSR Joseph Kobzon, who on Monday celebrated its 80th anniversary, announced its readiness to become a confidant of Russian President Vladimir Putin, if he decides to participate in elections for the presidency in 2018.
