On Sunday, the Chairman of the Central election Commission Ella Pamfilova said that the hotline during the municipal elections in Moscow received more than 500 complaints is the highest in Russia.
In the single voting day, September 10, the municipal election took place in 125 districts of the capital. More than 1.5 thousand mandates over 7.5 thousand candidates. The liberal opposition claimed the nomination of over a thousand representatives.
